CandelinaCollect Friends’ Birthdays with One Link

Collect birthdays through a shared link instead of asking each friend separately. Bring the replies into your Candelina birthday list.
Step by step
- Open the add/import menu in Candelina and choose Ask everyone at once. Wait for your personal collection link to appear.
- Choose Share the link and send the link to the relevant chat yourself. Explain that you are collecting birthdays for reminders.
- Friends open the web form and provide their name and birthday. Do not fill in dates you do not know on their behalf.
- Return to Candelina and choose Check for replies. Check the added people and dates before relying on the reminders.
What to know
This feature needs an internet connection and Candelina’s collection service. Replies pass through that service before reaching your app; this is different from reading a local file. The shared-link feature is included in the free offering.
A practical example
Try: “I’m putting birthdays in one place so I remember them. Add yours here if you’d like a birthday message from me.” Share with the intended group rather than a public audience if you only want friends to reply.
